So good to see you're still at it and looking good, my OLd friend. Here in SE AZ. where fishing went to die, I still dream of getting back up there and break out my spoon collection and get'm wet. Thanks for your mentorship that led to a ton of good memories!!!😁
Always love hearing what The General has to say. My only advice for anyone wanting to learn how to swing metal for fish is to pick a place where you'll be rewarded for your actions. I learned more in a week swinging metal for aggressive summer runs up in BC than anything else. Getting rewarded with a many fish per day while only swinging metal quickly helps one learn what to do and more importantly NOT to do. A NW angler would be lucky to get a single winter run fish per float on most of our rivers.
I have hooked many spoon fish in that spot love to see it
