Richly anointed old hymn - Love it 😭🙌

This gives me such fond memories of when I was a child and used to go to church with my grandparents on the countryside of Puerto Rico 🇵🇷, many of the hymns and “coritos” were like this, no instruments, no percussion, just all our voices together in harmony and the church always used to get so full they sometimes had to pull chairs from the activity room! Gosh, I miss those times 🥲❤️

The way we sin and the way our Lord forgives us.... All i can say is mercy there was great and grace was free....

I'm transported to Heaven listening to this . The harmony is in harmony with Jesus who has given us Salvation which we do not deserve. What amazing Love and Grace. Music and singing like this will be amazing when we all see Jesus , what a day of rejoicing that will be . Hallelujah what a Saviour ! This was absolutely beautiful. So sad that many of today's so called ' worship ' songs lack the depth and spirituality of hymns like this.

i so loved many thinhs that happened when i was younger, in the little church in nc,the building small ,but the love of jesus christ was huge...i have carried what i learned,including this song, in my heart ..it spoKe to my heart THE HOLY BIBLE VERSE when 2 or more are gatbered iN HIS NAME,....

I grew up on this hymn and many others just like it in the Christian Church. I'm the chaplain at a nursing home in my hometown and the residents sing this quite often in our worship times. These old hymns have such depth and meaning and I wish this present generation could understand that. Anyway, thank you for posting this!
