What a joy it must have been to be comped by Bill! On track 1 Cannonball must have felt like the luckiest alto player in the world.

This video is something of a misnomer. A lot of the tracks not the Bill Evans, but all I've heard so far have Bill on them. It's really marvellous to hear so much of him as a sideman - the only really well-known album is Kind of Blue. In these tracks , a whole other side of Bill's talent is revealed.

In jazz precision is all. Clearly several songs are not from Bill Evans Trio (all those which have wind instruments). On the other hand, "Who Cares" is not an Evans' album in his discography. So please do not cheat the listener. Thank you!

This kind of channels are very against the spirit of jazz, of the appreciation of every player and of the composer's work. Lounge Sensation TV sees Evans more like something to bob your head to. It's like they don't get it. I recommend BillEvansArchive. Much more accurate and precise.

Should be an actual crime to interrupt the first minute of the song and Cannonball Adderly's opening solo with a advertisement. Also @Lounge Sensation TV doesn't even write the "various artists" in the info. What a shame
