7:36, so ok, you see him NOT stopping and started joining your lane. What do you do? Option 1 - Start braking immediately as soon as you realized he's not stopping. Option 2 - Wait until you are 5 meters behind him in 60kmh or mph it doesn't matter, and THEN start braking. My only thoughts are you did that on purpose just so you could find a reason to complain.

If you think the cops won’t know the difference then not sure what to tell you and maybe you have a problem with the police? 🤷‍♂️ They are not going to charge you with possession just because you said you found them and are turning them in. 🙄

You do you, but I am not playing the odds that the cop will not take the easy arrest over doing actual police work. Thats an expensive road I dont want to go down a second time.

Find an empty parking lot and practice your emergency braking, especially downshifting and not locking up either tire.
