You are very correct, but the biker was actually pointing out how the turning car cut off the SUV as the commentary that flashed on the screen mentioned, and was showing empathy for the SUV's driver, not so much for his own being cut off. BUT, that was a very good example of being 'hidden' as you pointed out, and would make for a good learning video moment for someone learning how to ride.

Biker also had well enough time to safely apply his brakes as well without any risk or burden to his own life or those around him. That clown was looking for an excuse to get views for his channel. Even though he deleted the video from his channel like a proper clown would do after realizing they committed multiple crimes.

That is so true. You never go cheap on the holster. I like to make sure they have reliable clips so the holster doesn't come with the gun should I ever need it.

If you look closely in the bikers left hand mirror you can see the door open just as he comes to a stop so the other driver was already approaching him before he put the kickstand down.

The statute is perfectly clear in this regard. In order to justify drawing a firearm, one must have proof beyond a reasonable doubt that their life is under imminent threat. Since that was not visible beyond a reasonable doubt, then the rider is guilty of brandishing his weapon. For the Jury. The focus won't be on the gun, but the biker that's proven to be far too immature and mentally unstable to legally possess a firearm in the first place. In fact, sending him to jail for a year to strip away his right to possess a firearm is what's best for the people of the state of Missouri. And that's precisely how a prosecutor would present that case to a jury.

If someone is driving the speed limit in the lane next to you and you're almost completely stopped, you should let them pass instead of pulling out in front of them. The driver of the truck had gotten out and confronted the biker, but I agree; he shouldn't have been the first to draw a weapon because the truck driver didn't have anything.

AMD K1ller deserves to be arrested for his stupidity. He saw the truck merging well enough in advance to be able to safely apply his brakes. Instead he chose to incite a road rage incident over nothing and brandished his weapon against someone who was unarmed. Hope that prick loses his license, has his firearm(s) confiscated, and does at least a year in jail to never be allowed to own a gun ever again.

The Biker incited the incident. If it went to court, the biker would have his firearm confiscated, his license revoked, and be forced into anger management. Hopefully lose his job as well. Especially when the entire incident was created by the biker himself. The biker was the aggressor so he had no right to play victim for something he created.

You can’t just escalate immediately to deadly force unless there are mitigating circumstances (i.e. being a 90lbs woman and having a 250lbs muscular guy charge you.
