Trekking high up in nepal is really adventurous but with MTB high up carrying, tumbling, and tired up this is to another level. Kudos. Also, i found that most of Filipino they look similar to Mongolian people here in nepal. Mostly tribes from sherpa, Tamang, newar, gurung, magar, rai, limbu, some thaaru and dhimal as well. 🎉
