Nice video, excited to see how it goes! Will deff follow your journey along here on KZread, since I'm doing the Swiss alps and Lichtenstein/Germany (Down from the UK) myself in a few months without prior experience. I'm just a clueless young guy myself, so it will be helpful seeing someone tackle this step by step and actually documenting the thing.

@@themeactivity4259 I suppose backpacking is gaining some traction now, one can even say its becoming "trendy". Granted, I have a background in cycling. But bike packing allows you to take your surroundings on your own terms, your timeframe. I can't wait to embark on it myself.

from my experience alawys have around 3L of water, sometimes you cant refill for quite some distance and it sucks beign thirsty

WHat hammoc and under quilt you using and sleeping bag

Hammock is by a brand called trunk, sleeping bag is a feather/down patagonia bag and quilt is just a random polyester thing… Love and Peace, Bem
