VW denied to bill the car even after booking before March 31, 2024 and paying 6 lac as margin money and disbursing loan of Rs 11 lac to dealer. Unnecessarily cost me loss of Rs 17000 (file charge+interest+booking cancellation). Do not trust german car's dealer. They are unprofessional and ill-informed. Request you to not promote these brands.

I was offered Hilux for 40 Lakh last year when I visited Toyota showroom last year but I rejected straight away because just to park that car I would have to sell my 02 cars which is not practical to be honest and way out of my budget . But 10 lakh is a huge discount still on a 2024 model.

Sirji, I am from Mumbai and prabhadevi dealer of VW was not ready to give any discount at all. How are you saying for Taigun and Virtus there is 1-1.5 Lacs benifit... Rather than giving me offer, sales guy said there is no discount on other hand they said they charge extra 35000/- for accessories. And those accessories+GST is compulsory, when I said I don't want them, sales person and manager, confirmed they won't be selling with out those accessories

Write an email regarding this to the head office. Discount I can understand as it's available on 2023 stock if dealer has any but regarding compulsion of accessories it's unfair u should definitely write to head office they will take some action on dealership.

@@JatinGupta28-007 I had asked for 2023 model itself but they said this is most asked car in segment which I knew he was faking so there is no discount, over and above when I asked for the pricelist and the papers where he showed me compulsion part, he denied to me and my dad on face , said we will send u pdf, but it was obvious he never did. I feel I will go again and take photos of the price list by myself if he denies.
