Biggest road gap ever hit on a pair of skis
As with any pipe dream, the road gap started as a mere fantasy. I never really grasped the amount of work that goes into such a task, the amount of people I would rely on, the patience needed, the necessary weather to line up, the stress, etc. All the stars had to align for me to achieve this goal. For years I passed over Highway 50 looking up at the mountain side thinking "wouldn't it be cool if..." To be honest, I obsessed over this gap for close to a decade, always keeping a close eye on the landing and awaiting proper conditions. When conditions finally arrived, I knew it was time. I knew I had to strike. Really stoked to finally check this one off the list!

Hwy 50 woah that’s intense. I probably could have hit the old 40 gap back in the day like most advanced riders, but this is next level.

Watch it a few times and concentrate on the vehicles, Even pause when he's inverted, notice the different vehicles in each camera angle...

That’s because I hit the gap twice. First attempt I crashed and lost my GoPro, but jumping the semi was epic, hence why I used this shot. I assure you there’s no bullshit here. Watch the road gap bts on this channel.
