great video man, just one question, why does something different attract so many haters?? if every bike was the same, wow how boring life would be, if you haven't ridden one pull your head in!!, this is an amazing piece of engineering, these bikes are built with the frame around the engine, and they are extremely reliable. so reliable they put 2 engines back to back to compete in the land-speed record! ( Happening now) While not for everyone, I agree, but it is unique in every way! 0 to hundred KM in 3.3 seconds! not bad for a big girl! Just remember 50's 60's & 70' Triumph held land speed records & many American rode Triumphs.. Yes I have ridden one, amazing most thrilling bike I have ever been on! Just different that's all! Scared the shit out of me when I cranked the throttle! I now own a roadster in mat black, sits besides my big Vrod Harley!! Haters just go and play a game on your keyboard!! I just luv all bikes & where a bike can take us..

Very cool ride. That answered so many questions I had on the Rocket III. Great sound, a bit more robust than the 1 ltr triple in my Focus ecoboost 😉😂😂. Apparently it’s fairly easy to maneuver as shown when you pulled into the garage at the end. Will be a contender for mounting on the back of a RV in a few years. Be safe. 👍🏼👋🏼

This is actually the first bike I ever bought. Just bought it 3 days ago and already have 600 miles on it. I absolutely love it. Have ridden multiple other bikes but this is by far the most comfortable bike for long hauls so far, at least from what I have rode before. You can lane filter with the rocket 3 but you have to make sure there is enough room for the radiator.
Great videos man! I have watched a ton. On this one my favorite part is "600 ft lbs of torque at 500 rpms" We all know you were kidding and i thought it was funny and you got your point across. Even funnier is the guys thinking you were trying to be serious. Keep them coming as I am living vicariously through them. I ride the same Roadstar 1600 day in and day out and love it but watching these gives me a slight feeling of riding them all lol.
You are one blessed individual to be able to do this.
Have both TR3 and VTX 1800, no complaints with either of them. Had Kawasakis , and they are nice. If you like riding the big stuff, all good.
Done riding but it was my last bike only with a stage 1 tune. Used to do high speed roll ons from one pack of cars to another out on the freeways. Just a twist of the throttle and all of a sudden you covered that 1/4 mile gap and coming in hotter than you expected to.
There was a custom one of these at my local shop with a 21 inch front wheel, ape hangers and straight pipes, took it for a test ride and it's a complete monster, I loved it, kinda want to see what it'll do against my hopped up vtx1800 😎
I sold my Thunderbird to a guy who already had a souped up Rocket III roadster. I told him the T-Bird was pretty quick. He said, "Ever ridden one of these? Take it for a spin." So I did. That thing warps time and space. There is no excuse for a thing that big and huge and heavy being that quick. "Rocket" is not a strong enough word. It's absolutely unbelievable.

VN2000 is an awesome bike. I'd much rather have one of them.
This was my dream bike but I’m a shade under 5’8” and didn’t fancy balancing close to 800lbs of bike on my toes. So I chose my alternative power cruiser the M109R which is almost the same weight but I can flat foot it no problem. And at 1800cc with performance to match, it’s still up there. I’d still love the Rocket, being a Brit that Triumph badge means something to me, but I’m not disappointed with the M109R, it ticks most of the boxes, it’s got a fair amount of plastic ( panels) but with Suzuki reliability.I’ll try the Rocket for a test run (with Cuban heels on?!) before I decide my next bike though.

A friend of mine of similar proportions (roughly 5"7' & 160 lbs) bought this one, but unfortunately, for a few wrong reasons (*) - and more, he rides it the same way as I would ride my Suzuki Savage (or some really laid-back-performance bike). Quite a waste of all the resources, I'd say 🙂 (*) One of those reasons was, that he wanted the biggest available engine in something resembling a chopper a/o cruiser, and had the money to waste to get it; but this bike turned very swiftly quite far apart from either - it's a true muscle bike, by all means. As far as I can recall, he rode it only twice, in one of our group rides of three or four, as usually, he sticks to much more comfy Yamaha Wildstar 1600 or (fabled, IMHO) HD Sportster 1200. I tried it only once (so take this with some reservations) - I liked the power going from the very bottom of the RPM spectrum, but for me and my style of riding (I'm a 5"7' & 140 lbs laid-back cruiser guy, enjoying mostly AT / SI / IT Alps with its ultra-curvy roads and mountain passes, for which I'm super-comfy sticking to my Suzuki VL800 since 2009 and opting to maybe switch to VL1500LC by next year) it's an overpowered, quite uncomfortable and sort-of difficult to handle at lower speeds bike; it was definitely great on highways, so I'd assume the A-to-B travelling would be OK on it.

I have ridden the Rocket III and thought I would buy the bike. Get in a turn, roll on the throttle and watch that bike stand right up. That torque forces the bike to stand up in corners. The Valk and GW don't do that. The BMWs stay like a "bird on a wire" through turns as does the sport bikes, but that Rocket III is not as well balanced as other bikes. What the Rocket III does have is "bragging rights" and mid-range stomping power. So, you buy a Rocket III for "bragging rights and mid-range blow out power." Nice bike, but 29 mpg is not a good thing either.
