what always throws me is how genuinely grateful you actually seem. so many influencers just say, "thanks, x," but you always say something more like, "thank you, x!" and often, "I can't wait to try it!" or "I really appreciate it!" and you generally mention something you like about the brand, whether it's a specific product/line or just their general vibe. just know that goes a long way with your subscribers and is a big part of the reason there are almost a million of us.

Really? I never heard the other youtube influencers sound ungrateful or dry or with an attitude when they open up tons of boxes and get free products. They’re always grateful and do say thank you and appreciate all the products they’re given. Why even bring them up? Lol 🤦🏻‍♀️

@@JMarieCAlove this comment is literally two years old. the beauty influencer culture has changed significantly in that time. many of them make more of an effort to show their gratitude when talking about receiving PR. but at no point did I mention anything about any particular influencer showing attitude or a lack of gratitude. I just said that kelly always seemed to be so genuinely excited that she was even receiving these items. it's not like I even mentioned a specific influencer. why try to pick at a comment from two years ago about a different era in the beauty community, assume I'm talking about every influencer, and assert that every single influencer is always grateful and definitely appreciates their PR? why even bring all of that up? ...after two years?🤦‍♀

PR hauls are always so neat to watch and show the hard work that is being acknowledged. It’d be nice to win a giveaway, but either way it’s a blessing that you get to do these and give back.

Been super busy with school, so I'm catching up with my Kelly videos. I am so bummed I missed another give away. I feel like every time you do one, I am late for the party. But I love love love you. I am so grateful for your videos. They help me decide what to try watching you saves me buckets of money lol. I just went through all my makeup and donated what I won't use a battered women's shelter, these women go there with nothing but the clothes on their back. The ones that I have had the pleasure of talking to say the donations of makeup and bags helped her to start feeling herself again. And isn't that why we love makeup because we love feeling pretty.
