Zadorov is a machine out on the ice. How can you not love these hits !?! In 2022 with Gudbranson as a partner they were brilliant in Calgary, two massive dudes not scared of anyone

1:17 is absolutely a clean hit, the hit was through the trunk of the body and the other player but himself in a position where head contact was unavoidable. NHL rules say that in such a hit head contact is okay. Just another physicality penalty we now see all the time

It’s rough being a tall hitting nhl player, he doesn’t seem to have bad intent but catches the head with the shoulder because of height

Head contact is allowed under the rules, the circumstances of the contact to the head is what matters.

Didn’t see a single late hit lmfao. Give me an example. When you throw 225+ hits a year as a 6’6” player, there are going to be some questionable ones. Use some logic.

For many of these hits they should have suspended him for a dozen games at least. Shoulder to head. Knee to knee. Disgusting.
