    A year ago i had nearly book the top spec Tata Harrier in the Red shade, but luckily as fate had it for me, i found a very good Toyota Fortuner 4wd type 2 owned by one of my friends! Bought it from him and now i live tension free with unmatched reliability and good service!!! 👍

    If company not provides good service then what is use of 5 star or 10 stars safety….If customer struggles for 1 month….it’s horrible….I canceled my decision of buy Fucking brand of Nexon Amt….Now I Don’t consider this brand….I think this brand still only for trucks…Thank you very much for your feedback….you saved me my 15Lakhs……

    We have owned 2003 Toyota QUALIS between 2013-2015, later we sold it after upgrading to Innova > The car was owned by 5 people before we bought. > We used Qualis for 30K kms, it had 4,50,000 kms when we bought. > Runs like Petrol engine, super smooth engine (highway mileage of 14-15kmpl) > We purchased Qualis for Rs.4.2 lakhs, we sold it for 4.6lakhs (only one service at Toyota costed us Rs.8.5K) Very happy with Toyota, HIGH QUALITY, HIGH RELIABILITY, HIGH FUEL ECONOMY SCARED to see TATA customers reviews (Such Co. should not exist)

    Agreed.... I hv faced a similar situation. The fuel pump started leaking without any impact or accident and the clutch assembly had to be changed. But the workshop team simply said that max 10,000 kms it needs to be changed. Definitely poor service n substandard parts were used..... Overall not recommended... Till Tata takes it up seriously to resolve the problems..... Otherwise Very unreliable vehicle. Can give hand anytime

    Mena bhi tata harrier petrol own ki hai mena 1 December 2021 ko gaadi ke delivery le aur next day jakar gaadi chalu ki to deka ki engine check light on aur gaadi on ki tab engine me se duwa service centre walo ne gaadi le mera se aur thik kar ke 2 February 2022 ko mera gaadi muza di hai

    Brand Name: Tata Chassis- Land Rover Engine- Fiat Gearbox- Hyundai Infotainment- Harman Seats- Benecke Kaliko If you have problems with any of these, TATA will say to contact these vendors. These people cannot make cars by themselves and avoid the customers who have problems.

    Tata had taken Gearbox from Hyundai & Engine from Fiat only for Safari & Harrier. For remaining vehicles, they developed in house, Just Imagine What Suzuki is doing? Not even 1 diesel engine is manufactured from past 10 years, All Diesel engines are Fiat sourced Engines, Shocking news is Till Bs6 came into picture Suzuki was giving 1.3 diesel engine which was from Decades old, Consider any Suzuki vehicle: Engine: Fiat, Design copy cat premium car designs (No R&D & talent), Steel ( taken by scrapping tin cans), Platform ( except Global Suzuki platform, hearttect { heart attack} is so pathetic), AMT gearbox : Magneti Mareli ( guargon location but originally Italian company) Infotainment: Harman, Speakers : Harman, What end users get in terms if Safety “0”

    By the way you know Mercedes Benz & BMW India right? In India they don’t manufacture engines, They give design to FORCE MOTORS ( ha sahi suna he tum, joo Trax, Toofan, Cruzer MPVs banathe na vohi company) they manufacture the Engines, It doesn’t mean Benz & BMW don’t know how to manufacture, Also many people say Toyota is reliable, why the hell they are rebadging Suzuki cars? The main reason for our Indian roads & conditions in taxation we don’t need super cars, & all the OEMs have global presence & good cars ( including Suzuki), but when coming to India they all are giving smaller Engines. Atleast TATA and M&M is providing Safety ( they are investing money in that) Suzuki is investing time in copying things Many if the OEMs in India, don’t want to investment in R&D of engines, because from many decades (1960s) Fiat was pioneer in small engines & they felt it was much profitable & economical , which does the job peacefully & in timely mannered.

    I've been using tata harrier for over a year now. Got friend using for about 2 years. Touchwood no issues yet and I'm really happy with the experience. But such videos do induce a kind of tension. Turns out a lot of faulty cars are somehow leaving the production line and ending up with customers. Because if a harrier is having issues it keeps on having issues. Others run trouble free. To add to the problem, the service centre people have no clue on how to fix an issue. You will have to take it to the main service centre of your state to find a person to find the issue for you. Proper Quality checks and training service centre manpower has to be done ASAP.

    It depends on dealership to dealership / staff to staff (how much they are cooperative) we have Tata tigor Xz+ 2020 and we are happy with the after sales service and everything.

    I am also TATA Harrier owner and I never faced such kind of problems even Tata harrier is excellent and I understand his problem I think so he got a car with technical issues but u cannot define such a special car by just seeing ur car please see more Tata harriers and all though I make a video on Tata harrier as soon as possible

    My suggestion is to Go for Consumer court incase they are not resolving the issues, both company and dealership will come running behind the owner.

    Even I had this engine check lights on in my tata indica back in 2012 and tata service center was never able to solve that problem till the time I sold it . After sales Customer service is very very poor for tata. I was considering safari and hence I landed in this video. Now I will never buy Tata Car

    Very dissappointing. Have heard many other cases where Tata service has been below expectations. I personally support Tata for their business ethics but such incidents shake my belief. I sometime also feel that is it a dealer specific issue because other cases i have heard of are also from Gurgaon...

    We had owned TATA ARIA, its first ever premium SUV. First 1-2 years were good, car is super comfortable but later on problems started, service centres did their job but it was a temporary solution. There were times when car didn't start and towing was the only option. 2 years my dad literally suffered, he was scared to take this car out because he has to go usually out of station. Now after 9 years I thought that TATA has improved but again, it seems that things are still the SAME! Had literally the same issues which are discussed in this video, felt like I was thrown in a flash back! Yes the car was great in terms of comfort, but if it will not start, then its of no use! Purchased Toyota Innova 2016 model and after 6 years, it's still working just fine.

    That’s true I own old Innova and new fortuner legender till date I had no issues with both of them And the customer service is next level so Toyota is something next level Very very very less maintenance 💯

    Such things happen in rare cases, it also depends on luck 🍀 my friends, we can’t just blame on tata, I had such experiences with Mahindra also , Maruti Suzuki too and the list goes on .. , no company is perfect, dusri companies me bhi aisi cases aa jate hai

    Lesson for all 1. Don't accept delivery unless you are satisfied with pre delivery checklist. Make payment only after inspection. 2. Mal function indicator light has list of error codes. Check the manual.

    I think Tata folks helped him more than any other vendor do. They fixed most of the problems.. coming back to tyre, it may burst due to many congratulations.. And no vendor take responsibility for tyres, it's always tyre manufacturers to fix that

    Mahindra is best! For example a lot of people who drive around in bad roads, who are living in rural areas and having more than 5 people to take can a Mahindra bolero, a techy guy who loves technology, loves cool features, etc can buy XUV700, a guy who is really very enthusiastic and loves to do extreme off-road can buy thar and a guy who wants a mafia, boss, descent off-roader, or a “jatt” type car can buy Scorpio

    The owner of this vehicle is such a sweet guy.Even in the time of adversary(after spending 26 lakhs and going through this , is an adversary for me) he still has a smile on his face . He needs to be assisted. TATA waalon kyun seedhe sadhe aam aadmi ki band bajate ho aap.don't do this please.

    Seems like they him something and the Tyre got busted. Because the damage is on the door and quarter panel but not on back side or bumper. That might be the reason that Bridgestone denied to claim new Tyre.

    I can understand the pain of owner, I have gone through the same situation way back after purchasing top model of tata Aria in 2011-12, with never ending problems, I can only say just get rid of this as soon as possible. I am still having my Aria in garage not able to find any customer.

    There was a time when I loved this car, I was actually planning to go with Tata harrier for our next vehicle, then one of our relatives bought this car and had some minor quality issues here and there, he also faced poor service and support from Tata and now seeing all these videos and articles of good customers paying the price of poor support and management, I've totally changed my mind about this brand. For this price I would rather go with Mahindra Xuv700 or Jeep Compass, those are much better in terms of quality and after sales support.

    it seems like the tyres were always locked in brake due to malfunction and whole time it was with handbrakes, thats why the brake pads were burned and tyre got burst

    I remember our relatives bought Indica years ago and it had same issues. Since then we bought Maruti Suzuki and never had any issues. This is our 5th Maruti and all their cars are great.

    Sir meri harrier March 2019 model ki hai. * Gadi me dhuwa meri gadi me v aayi hai new me hi . * Tyre Brust meri gadi ki v hui hai aage se left wali. Tyre ke upar ka body ka plastic sab v pura ur gaya. Bahut mushkil se bachi gadi. * Infotainment ka issue to always se hai. * 55,000 km ke bad clutch puri tarah chali gayi . Complete flywheel set (50,000/-), Release bearing v change karna pada. Service ye sab kara ke 1,20,000 ki bill aayi ekbar me . Kisi v chez ko warranty me nhi liya even extended warranty rahne ke bad v.

    My relative bought altroz xz ..but within 1 month it has shown so many problems....service centre tried everything but stil problem persist, the problem is regarding turning rod of the car...every few km's car alignment gets disturbed and huge sound everytime while passing through even small potholes in speed of 20

    Moral of the story. Pre delivery inspection is a must. Any fault, refuse to take delivery of the car. Never sign on dotted lines any where prior to PDI.
