People with ethics and being loyal will not sustain in corporates nowadays

It's all about how we treat them. I have 9 years experience and still I have friends from my first company.In IT we should have our own circle to get help or support. Even job loss situation they only will refer or get you in their team or company. I have total around 15 friends and few in abroad. My suggestion always maintain good relationship and be in touch with them.

Without reason, People will hurt you.. I faced it.. never ever attached closely with anyone in team. Easily They will blame you in front of team 👍 Thanks for sharing valuable tips 💡 Mostly useful for recently joined in companies like me

All are correct. But 1st point, I have a different view. You may not feel like some one is your best friend as long as your both working in same company. But once you leave the company if still you think both of you think in similar way, then while working in different organizations you can feel like you both are best friends. Just my thoughts....
