Maybe you need to get your air filter changed. My mt used to heat a lot (even after I changed the coolant) but the heating issue is gone after I changed the air filter.

That’s normal, I rode it from Chennai to Madurai Up and down, it’s butter smooth, Just feel the bike you’ll understand it’s potential.

It is an "internal combustion engine". Means it runs on heat. Irregardless of whether it's air cooled, liquid cooled or oil cooled it runs on thermal energy.

@Purnima Pradhan Not really an issue. The bike is comfortable at about 110kmph. That's the max I have ridden. Not a deal breaker, according to me. Also, once you are done with your 2nd service shift to a 10w40 oil. That will make the bike even smoother. Let's be honest here. I have had a Unicorn and a Gixxer 155 in the past 15 years. Gixxer was more refined yet more problematic. Unicorn was not as refined but was a workhorse with very little maintenance. CB300F has a similar Unicorn DNA about it that I love.

That steam is from exhaust head not from the cylinder heat sink. Any bike with a big engine will do that. Educate yourself with basics of engines before spreading misinformation.

Bhayi I drove Chennai to Bangalore non stop at 95, I didn't see any such issue, Haan what you are showing splendour will also do 😂😂

in bhaisahab ka pehla bike par experience ho raha hai, koi baat nahi, aap dhire dhire sikh jayenge bike ke bare mein.

I agree geela hone par smoke deta hai no doubt but this bike has the best heat management, I daily ride is about 36kms and iam the happiest person that I got this bike same color. About to clock 5000kms and I'd keep it I ain't selling it ever. I'd buy more bikes but I won't sell this. Yes there are issues like brakes, this tiny bit heating when water is poured on it and all but can completely ignore all this coz the brakes saved me multiple time on high speeds so guys try to adjust the brake timing and don't expect ki end moment par brake Laguna to wahi ruk jani chaiye.

I own one all of my trips are almost more than 500+km on a 100-110 cruise never ever faced any heating issue in extreme heat conditions as well. The bike does heat up in city traffic jams which is understandable. And its a combustion engine what do you want 😅

Use synthetic engine oil like motul 7100 or liquid molly. Budget friendly castrol synthetic engine oil. I think your engine oil is less in quantity or there is a time to change rhe engine oil.
