Little known fact is that Bledsoe almost died from that hit. He was bleeding internally and felt fine but one of the medical staff forced him to get checked out and they found it. If he had just gone home that night he may not have made it.

The PSU player was up and walking around afterwards and spent the rest of the game on the sideline, and today has no memory of the rest of the game or what he did for the next two or three hours.
