IN THE UK, YOU ALSO HAVE TO PUT COINS IN CARTS, IF YOU WANT TO USE IT AND EGGS ARE NOT KEPT IN THE FRIDGE, IN THE SUPERMARKETS, EITHER.

As a Spaniard who traveled in the US and is now living somewhere else in Europe, the quality of life in Spain is a blessing we only realize after we lose it. You might think i am pulling this out of my ass, but the colors also have to do with the weather/style of life, everything is so like happy? Cheery? Back home in Spain, the people, the clothes, the food, literally everything, the further you go down to the south of Europe the better everything feels, but i might also just be biased. Automatic cars are not a "thing" in Europe because of the gas prices, automatic cars are good at swallowing gas like its air. Roundabouts are a big thing everywhere over here, makes life easier, just not the ones in the UK, those are a headache. People don't get in accidents "as often" because our driving license cost an arm and a leg, people pay up to 2k for it. Eggs not in the fridge, this is only a thing in the USA, everywhere else in the world the eggs are on the shelves. You can get freshly squeezed Oranges juice in almost every supermarket in Europe by now. Bread aka Pan in Spanish, is a way of life in Spain, and rightfully so, i had bread in France, Germany, USA, Italy etc, Pan is for the spanish what rice is for the japanese. We walk everywhere in the cities because everything is close by, you can't even get to a walmart in the usa without having to take the car. Looking at the video she was probably in the south which is why "it did not rain so often" , up north its a different story.

Also, yes almost everything closes around midday to be able to have lunch at home and even take a little nap or whatever after, comes in very handy if you wake up in the wee hours of the day to work.

The light switch is INSIDE except for the bathroom, where have to be placed outside by law to avoid the risk of electric shock when you touch it after a hot shower and everything inside of the bathroom gets wet from the condensed vapors.(I'm electrician in Spain) About roundabouts, those are safer then a cross, because you are forced to reduce velocity and to give preference to the cars already in the roundabout. Of couse it is for people who have the driver license obtained after studied at a drive school, not teached by daddy who doesn't really know to drive properly either......

the weather in Spain depends on the region due to all the mountains we have, so in the north it rains a lot and also summers are not as hot and winters have snow. In the center and in the mediterranean coast tho, we have a dry weather, it rains but instead of raining all year around, it rains only a few months so summer usually is really dry, that's why we have dams and water reservoirs all over the country

NO ONE dinner at 10. A lot of inaccuracies, clichés, anecdotes taken as norms or generalities, etc. One of the most absurd videos I've seen on here about this topic. She obviously has been unable to take off her American glasses to view another culture with an open mind.
