I am doing the traditional 100 envelope challenge. It's going good! I'm getting ready to turn in my change savings into cash to transfer into an envelope.

I did the 100 Envelope Challenge last year. I started it again. Now, I just auto-transfer the money. I made it a monthly bill. It saves lives, that's for sure. 💖

I think you’re doing amazing! I’m actually doing the 1000 envelope challenge because I want to buy a house in the future and our plans are to move to Florida! I’ve got a couple other challenges running that I call it the bank it series and I’ll be working on that starting in April, but I’ve already got it set up and ready to go! 26:29

Thats great. Almost there. Purdy kitty. His spot you just use it now and then.😅 slow everywhere. My area i barely get 20 hrs at the big m. Didnt want to be stuck there but all i could find. We dont have gig work here. Wish we did. The bigger town by us is almost an hour to get to where i work and they have a town minivan with the words public transport stenciled on the side. When you talk about your area i just nod and say yep i know how it is. All we can do is keep going. We will get there. Thank you girl.

Girl you are gonna clap at video I’m uploading then because you will get it! Yeah I worked the big M many of times and those arches are not so golden. I have worked at all of them within a hour radius of my house plus in the next city over. Every time I’m there I am reminded why it’s not working

I’m thinking of pulling out the money from my envelope challenge - my mum fell over in her kitchen, has broken both arms, and needs an operation on both, but she has really bad COPD and won’t survive the anaesthetic so she’s on massive amounts of steroids to try to improve things. So I was thinking of going to the other side of the country to visit her in hospital, and I need the money for three trains and a bed for the night - I’m so thankful that I have been saving and have the money but I would have liked to have finished the challenge first, …I’m doing the best that I can with what I’ve got!

Right those arches are not golden. And you know how thise checks look. Drve an hour one way for a 5 hour shift and they cut hours and send you out early. I just saw your video with that awesome check. Thats about what i get for 2 weeks and im grown with bills. They just aint getting paid. And that woman saying oh just get another job. Umm yeah wish we all had it like that. That made me 😡 furious she even said that.

I would have lost my sh*t. Yeah in the winter I didn’t get any hours and in the summer I’d work as much overtime as my body would allow - and patience! But they smile at you and act all sweet like when they ask you to leave 3 hours early from your shift and you wanna cringe 😬

I’ve watched a few of your videos and hear you say that you’re a food/gig worker, but am wondering if there are any manufacturing or other type of jobs that would be a more stable schedule and paycheck for y’all?

We don’t really have those types of jobs in my area unless you want to work a lumber yard for minimum wage. We have another place that puts together heavy machinery I tried to work there but they wanted me to buy a bunch of stuff to start (certain boots and clothes) as a temp…I don’t have that kinda cash to gamble. That’s it. We are a tourist area.
