Great Job! You should do this quarterly. These results clearly show how broken the modern card market is these days. Just look at Luka. His cards have been dropping for months - even if he scored 100 points a game, you get a sense that his cards won't even go up. The inability of card prices to rise on good news is a poor sign for the hobby.

That's basketball and other sports no one cares about. Any hot hockey player goes up. There's no collectors in basketball so yes Luka can score 100 points a game and no one will care. He needs 10 rings for anyone to care that's how bad the basketball market is.

Very informative and helps collectors and investors understand the highs and lows of the sportscard market, even for iconic stars in all sports card categories . . . I expected to see Wonder Franco on the cold list. Some of his cards were selling for a lot and now all of them are worth nothing.

Kinda funny how in 2020-2021 we were told baseball cards were a dying commodity and to invest in basketball/soccer. Yet look where we are now…can’t find baseball cards anywhere on shelves while basketball and soccer cards absolutely tanked all year.

And I believe Baseball was the #1 sports card submitted to PSA in 2023. More baseball cards submitted than any other sport

I can find any sport on the shelf.

I really like the way you slow walked what to click on and how to run and sort the reports. It’s a great tool but I get frustrated at times not being able to replicate the data you guys pull up in videos

The 2000 Bowman Chrome in PSA 8 or 9 surprised me the most!!!!

Not surprised at all by Rickey Henderson. He is a GOAT, without a doubt. He is #1 in runs and stolen bases all-time! No one is touching those records. He's insanely underrated IMO, in part by guys like yourself, perhaps? Just ask Ken Griffey Jr. who the top 5 ball players (non-pitchers) of all time are.

I think you need to take another look at Rickey's career. He might never have been as popular as Griffey but he was a considerably higher impact player on the field and I think a lot of people have been making that point on KZread over the last few year. He is without question one of the baseball GOATs.

Geoff, did you notice the #2 Ohtani card was a misprint? Shows Otani on the front! Weird 😮

The Rickey is not surprising as it's a must have for any baseball collector. He is in the top 20 all time WAR leaders right above Mel Ott & Mickey Mantle (Griffey Jr is #58). Further, the lore that comes from his career is amazing.

Yes… because nothing has changed that would mean he should have any price movement… Do you understand that part?

My take is, what goes up eventually comes down. Just got to get lucky as to when to dump before you lose or be in it for the long haul. Especially for goats of the sport. Try not to speculate on flash in the pans.
