Allah huma barik. So heartwarming watching brothers training and enjoying themselves. Love the energy. I'm trying to get back into calisthenics. I find it difficult to fit in with gym training, as I feel my tendons get fatigue and don't want to risk injury. Inshallah one step at a time🇬🇧
Inshallah one day you all should go an a umrah trip it’ll be good for us all and totally inspirational for the young generation ☝🏽🙏🏽
