after eating durians in thailand, i gave up eating it in Malaysia. since i visit thailand once a year, i might as well have my durian fill . everything was superb, from the selection , to the service and price. its all worth it. and you get nice big ones and worth every cent.

Thai people like to eat durian a little crunch outside and soften on the inside that’s why we cut it before it tree ripened we hate the too creamy texture and too strong smells. It’s not pleasant for us. But other countries like to eats tree ripened it’s up to you but don’t tell us that we do wrong we just do the different way.

that's right. I like Thai durian. the scent is fragrant 😀

nothin can beat the taste of durian from fall and frozen 1st in refrigerator before eat. here in Southern Philippines I always eat frozen puyat variety, taste like ice cream.

100% and im currently in bangkok! Just came from KL and Musang King is the King for a reason. Also Tree ripen is everything! where as the Thai's cut them pre-ripen, which sucks balls

I always laugh at the Malaysian commenters who always brag about Musan King durian even though Musan King doesn't taste good at all. Especially those who talk to boast are often Chinese people who do business about durian. If they don't brag all the time, they can't sell.

There's hundreds of different types of durians. Some taste like rotten onions. Some taste like mango and banana. But generally, the durian you normally find in the big markets, they taste almost the same. It's difficult, in my experience, to find the durians that taste very different.

ต้นทุนเขาก็สูงครับ ไหนจะค่าขนส่งไหนจะเสี่ยงกับลูกที่เสีย ไหนจะตอนสุกน้ำหนักมันจะลดลงอีก ต่อให้เขาเอามาโลละ50 บวกกับปัจจัยหลายๆอย่างมันก็เหลือกำไรไม่เท่าไหร่หลอกครับ
