Who 'd thought that 8 mths later, #4 would be nearly destroyed landing on the wall in Nashville during BF Bash 90. Only to come back better, stronger, and faster. #4 truly earned its legend as one of the toughest BF trucks built. Even as the 4 link tube frame trucks began to dominate, #4 continued to be a tough competitor, even as Snakebite in its later years. This clip must have been made prior to the Lund accessory deal. IMHO, #4 looked better without the visors and cab extender, lean and mean. Thanks for posting, and continuing to post these awesome vintage BF clips. BIGFOOT !! Just noticed but that is a composite body truck. While it definately looks like an OE body with the resolution turned up you can see the sticker headlights and the lack of door seams etc.

Man, #4 was such a work horse!

Brings back memories! Remember seeing the final race vs Taurus on TV was in amazement

I would like to see greenlight make a 1/64 scale version of Bigfoot 3 or 4.

I was there, I was 5yrs old and this video brought back some memories. That was awesome!

To me this is a monster truck. When it was still pretty much a really big truck. As compared to now with this over done tube frame and plastic body. That old style stiff suspension is what it was about. And that super loud revving engine. What great times.

Great video. When did you guys run #4 with the plain blue body and when did you guys run it with the racing stripes? What was the reason for the different paint schemes? I noticed #8 did the same thing too.

Christopher Der #8 introduced it first as it being the new race truck. Then some of the other Foots followed the scheme after.

4 debuted the stripe at the fall jamboree in 1990 after the rebuild from Nashville crash.

The stripes represented a BF truck that was made for racing 8&9 then later on in 1990 they were added to #4 after it was rebuild from the BF bash wreck

For a while after they started racing #8 it was the bigfoot blue like the rest of the trucks in the camp then introduced the yellow and red strips and the lighter blue paint scheme

Was that the transmission that blew out? Awesome footage!

Grenaded that bullet and STILL won. Bigfoot is the best.
