The best thing to do is make a second account. Play the tournament constantly on that account. When there's about 10 minutes to go switch over to your main account, you'll be put in a a lobby with really bad players, and you will take first easily, as most of the good players will have got into lobbies on the first day. But be warned there is a few great players that also know this trick.

That is what I did lol. In a recent tournament. I’m much better in creating, though. I’m trying to win on my main account.
