He became so sad after that.. Daesung is known for being the sunshine and the smiling angel of BIGBANG, but now I wonder how many times he smiled just to make us happy, when on the inside he really was broken. These lyrics really seem like they were written by him, they are so raw. I love you Daesung, and I always want to see your smile, not just from your face but also from your heart.

This might sound horrible, but for some reason this song felt like it was more connected to Daesung than the other Bigbang members. A lot of things have happened to him and I heard in an interview once from a couple years ago that Daesung is only happy on the outside, but not on the inside. His members have mentioned that he never really talks to them about his problems and his response to that was that he didn't want to give them any more problems since they already had their own to worry about. He's truly a selfless person and I really hope not all of the happy-go-lucky smiling angel is just a mask that he has made in order to make others smile. I wish all the happiness in the world for Daesung, I truly do...

Despite each member having gone through a rough patch at different times during their career big or small, I feel this was towards Daesung more in the video, song, and in real life because of his looks, talent, the accident he was in a few years back also. They depicted it quite realistic and I feel that his story made the most sense to me and probably everyone else just from watching the video once compared to Taeyang's or TOP's where they needed a confirmation XD. I didn;t notice TOP had killed the girl until someone made a comment about it..

+DJ DeadlyCapricorn This might also sound terrible, because I can relate to Daesung the most out of Big Bang and that's also one of the reasons why I love Big Bang so much. Daesung's personality are almost the same as mine, I would forge a mask of smiles and I never tell my sad pasts out to my friends. From what I researched so far, I found out that my personality temperament is called "Phlegmatic", I believe Daesung has the same temperament. Fucking trust me that this is the worst temperament personality to get out of the 4, through this temperament, you will feel insignificant and you will become a selfless person, it feels fucking bad every time.

I didn't cry but I get really pissed off when people assume they mean something else and then claim that the songs meaning. If a song means something to you, that is YOUR correct interpretation, not THE correct interpretation. I think with all songs everyone should find their own meaning, learn and respect what the artist meant and not preach their own ideas about it. It's okay for people to joke about it if they mean well, and have made an effort to understand the song. These lyrics aren't for everyone only few understand-Twenty one pilots (literally the entire song-message man-is about this imo)

"At some point I started looking at the ground more than the sky" "At some point I've gotten scared of people's eyes" "I tried smiling but no one recognizes me" They remind of the time when I realised who I was had changed, it wasn't just a bad week or day - my stressed and depressed mood had become how people knew me, when I was happy people thought something amazing had happened. It hit me real hard because I always enjoyed being happy and making other people happy when they saw me. But I suddenly had to come to terms with the fact that it wasn't me anymore... I quit my job shortly after and feel I've returned to my normal self, my bad days are simply bad days now. I look at the sky more then I look at the ground, I hold someones gaze with open kindness and not a stern expression... ANYWAY, that's the life story no one asked for.

He didn't actually run over or kill anyone, there was a guy who was speeding on his motorcycle and got in an accident so a cab driver picked him up and was taking him to the hospital, but then daesung bumped in the back of the car where the man was laying down. The man died and everyone started blaming him and calling him a murderer when it was actually found out that the man was already dead so daesung didn't actually kill anyone, the deceased's family even comforted daesung and let him know that it wasn't his fault and that he shouldn't stop making music and to just live his life I guess :( The whole incident really affected daesungie, whenever they brought up the issue in interviews, he would lower his head and just stare at the floor avoiding any kind of eye contact... I remember feeling so relieved when he started to slowly get past it and smile again

It's weird how you can feel so much from a song whose lyrics are whole new language to youm

What i love about this song is how much everyone can relate to it in different ways. Bigbang have the ability to write great songs with deep and meaningful topics that everyone can relate to. It's comforting.

I'm always scared of looking at the lyrics that I never read them It makes me remember things I'd rather not it makes me feel vulnerable. I loved Big Bang since I was 8 (2009) & since then Kpop is such a big thing now with so many popular groups but I'll never forget Big Bang they hold a special place in my heart forever & I will always support them cos they made me forget things and carry on with life Vip at heart 😔

The fact that top wrote this after everyone thought he was clear of his depression is so sad (he used to have anxiety attacks and often went to the hospital). Daesung's part makes me want to cry. He used go be such a happy person, smiling no matter what but then he had that accident. Everyone looked at him with hate and he got scared of looking them in the eyes only to be given a look of disappointment or disgust. He smiles but not like he means it. Inside he's broken but he still puts on a smile for VIPS and for the cameras and that's what makes me hurt. His lyrics are so raw and deep that it's painful because it's true. He never looked anyone in the eye during that era and barely does it now, scared to be judged and insulted. I wish we could revive his smile but the old and happy him is scared to come back. His old self is in there wanting to break out but he's scared of being blamed and accused again. Scared of being hated upon and being left broken a second time. Daesung we will always be here for you no matter what. I hope you know that you are a amazing human being and you shouldn't be scared. Maybe it’s just me but this song describe Seungri. The sad lyrics but the catchy music. He’s had so much success, still after money, but despite all that, I’m certain he still feels empty and at the end of the day he misses his old self.

Guys. Everyone who's going through a tough and rough time and you don't really know if you'll survive or make it through. You will. If you just keep on fighting. I was this mess a couple of months ago. But now.. I'm better. I can feel happiness again. _Real_ happiness. I can smile, laugh, clean, do my homework and study without it taking every Single energy drop I have. I am free. Ofc I've relapsed at times but those times I managed to pick myself up again. I was at a point of ending it. I was at a point where hurting myself was the answer to everything. But.. I'm not there anymore. It was a tough, lonely, rough, awful road I took. But I managed to get through it. So believe me when I say it's going to get better. Fighting everyone❤

This song is good, but this song has a meaning behind this for me. This song is so nice but at the same time it gives me bad memories. I listen to this song everyday and my eyes water every time. :(

I hope that Big Bang will fight through whatever that fighting against them and making them uncomfortable. I truly wish all Members to be happy and able to share that happiness with VIPS. It break my heart to know that the lyrics could possible describe their current lifestyle. I just want them to be happy and they definitely not a loser in everyone eye. Big Bang fighting!

I'm honestly crying right now. This is so emotional and depressing. It's an amazing song but I can't help but feel so upset, especially during taeyangs part "I want to say goodbye". That's honestly so heart breaking. My heart really hurts now, thank you Big Bang.

The first time I saw this song was by accident, but not really. I saw it and quickly clicked on it... and then teared up... :( its so hard to live... and yes its true sometimes its hard to breathe. EDIT: It's always hard to breathe since ever since I got my depression.

As you go deeper to the lyrics, it's really dark. Which, most of us felt of being no one recognize you.

The lyrics, the vocals, rap.... everything is beautiful.

I am not a big BigBang fan, at least not by now, but this song really touches me and it relates to me on so many levels because I am lonely most of the time, I am covered in scars (self harm and surgery since I have a problem with my heart), nobody recognises and acknowledges me... I really feel like a loser most of the time so this is really really relatable. Daesung did an amazing job with this song

this song is so so deep man. gosh someone put this son in a movie scene where a guy get rejected by the girl he loved. Dang

평소에 난 정말 못났고 병신 같다는 생각을 정말 많이했다. 이노랜 빅뱅이 날 위로해주고 공감해주는 느낌이 든다.

This just goes to show that even people who are portrayed as perfect aren’t. They have feelings, self-doubt, self-hate, and dark emotions just like everyone else. They deserve love just like everyone else. Don’t hate on people you don’t know please. (Not that any of you reading this have).

This has always been one of my favourite bigbang songs for the style and lyrics. The fact that it shows a different side to the guys, and a more real side with their troubles and flaws highlighted is really admirable
