Elif Kilic I agree with you that BB stages are some of the best stages ever, but don't forget that they started as "coordinated clones" as well. It's only after a certain amount of fame and success (& talent ofc) that you can pull this off and still have an enthusiastic audience. And Big Bang perfected this kind of enjoyable stage for both them and the audience. I just hope that the newer groups which aren't from one of the big 3 will start this kind of performances, too, as soon as they have enough support and confidence :) (because the big 3 artists seem to have distinct styles which they stick to)

***** i didn't say they weren't outstanding performers already before their big success, neither that fame made them good. i was just stating that BB started off with more choreographed dances, too and that i have hope (and in some cases trust) that some of the new groups will start showing their spontaneous selves in future stages as well and not stay human machines forever. imo being able to follow a choreography perfectly is the base for becoming a good performer. everything else you can do on the spot and like BB in emergencies will be what makes you an outstanding performer. (And i couldn't agree more on your point with the music that has to be your own- BB and BTS aren't my bias groups for no reason! )

처음에 스산한 분위기를 내다가 친근한 크레용이 나오면서 당연히 지디가 나올거라고 생각했는데 탑이 나오고 그러면서 멤버들이 한명씩 나오는거 존나 무대 구성 잘한거 같음..

얘네들이 내 MAMA 퀄리티 수준을 너무 높여놨어... 어떤걸 봐도 해소가 안되네 아 딱 하나 있었다 지디 태양 굿보이

항상 빅뱅 마마 무대가 기대됐던 이유중 하나는 같은 노래를 하더라도 평소 음방에서랑 다른 색다른 모습을 보여줘서 그런것같음 저렇게 크레용도 지디 솔로곡인데 멤버들이 저렇게 하나하나 부르고 그리고 저때 지디 대박이었던게 무대 스기전에는 백발이었는데 무대에서는 레드머리 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 진짜 무대에 대한 열정이 보임

요즘 아이돌 무대들은 칼군무 딱 추고 내려가면 와 멋지다 가 끝인데 빅뱅은 자유로운 무대에서 와 간지난다 랑 재밌다 가 공존하니까 좋은 것같다

This is the most memorable MAMA for me. It was approximately 4 years ago when I was totally dumbfounded, when GD suddenly became T.O.P, when Daesung turned out to be one of the dancers, when I heard Taeyang rapped for the first time, when Seungri threw his Joker mask to reveal where he was all along, and when GD emerged and gathered with all of them. I felt ecstatic and screamed all the way. And became a V.I.P from then on. The most regrettable thing is the fact that I wasn't there to watch them live.

멤버 한명씩 등장할 때마다 포스는 ㄹㅇ 무대 장악력부터 넘사임 추임새도 그렇고 ㅈㄴ 신남 발 까딱까딱거리면서 따라부르게 됨 이렇게 다같이 즐길수 있는 무대는 빅뱅이니깐 가능한거 이러니 마마가 빅뱅 있고 없고로 나뉜다는게 괜히 나온말이 아님(투애니원도 그렇고 YG가 이런건 넘사임) 빅뱅 못 놓는건 다 이유가 있다니깐

이게 11년전 무대인가? 패션, 음악력, 관객 리딩력... 어느 하나 지금 보다 뒤쳐지지 않는다...

돌고돌아 빅뱅이네 요즘은 무대가 주는 짜릿함이 없다ㅠ

무대 퀄리티는 대한민국에서 독보적인 그룹이다. 20년이 지나도 촌스럽지 않을거 같다.

요즘 왜 마마를 안봤을까 생각했는데 빅뱅 안나오기 시작하면서 마마 안봤던거네 ㅋㅋㅋ 빅뱅은 진짜 넘사벽이다

진짜 요즘 아이돌보면 그냥 노래좋다 멋있다 이정돈데 이거는 넘사벽이다

You don’t have to like BigBang to understand how they changed the game for all of current KPOP. BigBang, Shinee, SNSD, 2NE1, really all of the second generation. Americans can't dance for nuts. The very top tier artistes from America can't dance. Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Nicki Minaj. Only Usher, Chris Brown and Ne-Yo can. Kesya Saragih the thing about now is, fandoms can make it popular, maybe successful, physical wise, but not as successful as the real hit. Those song rarely chart on music charts because of the new system where they track what the GP likes not the fandom streams. It shows there. They couldn't hide how bad it is even tho its popular through charts.

Actually started from 2012, 2013, 2014 n 2015...bigbang always giving the best performances in MAMA...they were the headlines n rating magnet....meanwhile their performances in 2007 till 2010 also not being left out

Today Idol groups haven't powerful and high tempo like that. This is the fact we should accept.

I miss this kind of craziness during MAMA... Seems like no group could bring the same hype anymore. They don't dance, but instead... The crowd dance for them. That's what I miss.

You all know that the rising popularity of other K-pop idols is due to the absence of Bigbang.
