Big Toe Pen Taps

Place a pen, piece of tape, or something similar next to your big toe (1/4-1/2 in. away). Lift the big toe and try to tap the pen. Progress this exercise by ONLY lifting the big toe and tapping the pen while keeping your other 4 toes on the ground.
