How about holding parents responsible for their children!!!. When I was growing up, we did not have the internet. Even so, my parents controlled everything I watched on TV, what radio stations I listened to, what books I read, what magazines I read, who I talked to on the phone and who my friends were.

Yes tech corporations have strict conditions and regulations, but are they ever enforced, no, Its comes full circle back to parents to educate their own kids about the dangers on being online.
