Same question I have asked elsewhere - Where is the county Internal auditor? i believe he/she is a member of ICPAK and IIA. Where are the internal audit reports? what is the governance structure around the Internal audit and risk management? Members of ICPAK and IIA have the competency to address these fraudulent cases. How many does the county have?

Call them out sister, expose them all bunch of thieves feeding on tax payers money while the regular mwanainchi is suffering. Regular Kenyans dont even have access to basic needs, like housing, health, food, sanitation. I sure hope all the counties follow suite.This is the time for regular Kenyans. No more Nyama choma, big flush mansions, big cars and drinking beer at the expense of Kenyan tax payers.

My husband did not receive his payment since 2016 after installing energy saving stoves in Kangundo hospital,he has suffered alot since that time he once was admitted in hospital with very high blood preasure because of the same...he doesn't know what to do now,please madam governor do something on this..
