Nothing that is done politically in Jamaica is for the ordinary people of Jamaica. Everything that is done is for the interest of foreignors, that is clothed in as INVESTORS.

Well the leader of government does not have any respect fir the opposition. As far as Andrew Holness is concerned there is only one party in parliament which is his party. That is unacceptable because Jamaica is de😮mocratic and as such must have an opposition.Andrew must be forced to work with the opposition which is a part of the government.

Don't forget that Jamaica would have a much better economy but Manley's "walk to the top of the hill with Castro" was a big, big mistake. The country was in a free fall ,the economy went over the cliff. It was the start of the downfall which led us to where we are today. PJ Paterson had a platform to change the political landscape but he was just another power hungry politician who has failed this country. One thing l never forget is that PJ passed a law to make sure his pension is that of the current leadership.. corruption, corruption even into retirement, we still can't get away from these money hungry politicians

Why should a loving husband with a wife, law abiding, and caring prime Minister, Andrew Holiness be ashamed. Who is PJ? HE LEFT HIS CONSTITUENCY IN SHAMBLES FOR 18 YEARS. HE SAID IF JLP WON HE WILL LEAVE JAMAICA. CAN'T LEAVE YET. A ROLE MODEL? NO. HE'S SUCKING THE BLOOD OF THE POOR BY GETTING A LIFETIME SALARY. YOU'RE BLIND IN YOUR BRAIN.

She should have been removed for that statement Jamaica doesn’t deserve or need that kind of politics. We need to stop this nonsense because we are one.Even the two colors that wear for political identity needs to end because we don’t need that either

I would have like to hear pj’s full response to Tracy Robinson’s questions as it appears that in Patterson’s time most major decisions concerning our people and our future was made by some private group at Vale Royal without the consultation of the masses. Today the same is being done at bird shooting expeditions and still without consultation with the masses. It’s on account of these private Vale Royal and bird shooting type accords that continue to drive the division in this country as the majority of our people have no say in the decisions made at those at those meetings. I have said it before and will continue to say it - we shouldn’t race into making the CCJ Jamaica’s final court of appeal. It makes no sense. Up to now after many years in existence CARICOM is still unable to speak in one voice as a unitied body.

Section 39 of the Jamaican Constitution is the qualification section, it cannot stand by itself, it is dependent on the provisions sets out in sections 40 & 41, Commonwealth citizens can run for political office in Jamaica, However section 40.2 A & B of the Constitution prevents them form doing so if They pledged Allegiances to A foreign power, meaning if they holds any other citizenships, whether that citizenship is within or outside of The Commonwealth of Nations, I don't know why people are saying that Mark Golding is acting within the Constitution, he is Not, Section 40. 2 A & B, specifically prevents ANY PERSON with dual citizenship from being Elected to our parliament, back in 2007/2008, They ( the PNP's ) used section 40 and the Courts to disqualify five JLP MP 's who had U.S. citizenship by descent from the parliament. In 2008, during or Just after that court case brought against those five Labour members of parliament, Portia Simpson Miller, the then leader of the PNP's, made a statement, She said, While the PNP's does not have a problem with any person holding dual citizenships, Any such individuals should not sit in the House of Parliament, She went On to say, if you owe an allegiance to a foreign power, Then you cannot be a senator or a member of parliament in this country, Obviously then, Portia had no idea that Mark Golding the man she brought into parliament, was himself a secret British citizen. And we have PJ Patterson himself, saying he told two dual citizens to renounce Their foreign citizenships, Why won't Mark Golding do the right thing ?

The Hon. PJ Patterson, and other distinguished gentlemen. It is SAD that you can say "Justice is COSTLY", as I think the FACT that citizens of Jamaica CHOOSE to vote in a set of individuals to EXECUTE OUR CONSTITUTION, in FAIRNESS", but they have PROVEN that such TASK, IS DIFFICULT TO DO! SAD! Are you gentlemen AWARE that there is a young man, PRESENTLY, at the Kingston Central Police Station who has been LOCKED UP since July 27, 2022 to June 2024, to be EXACT 23 MONTHS, with OVER 300 allegations AGAINST HIM BUT the POLICE has ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE AGAINST the gentleman? HOW! I have WATCHED as SEVERAL judges presided over his case, and WHO HAVE ONLY REMANDED him WITHOUT EVIDENCE. WHERE IS THE JAMAICAN CONSTITUTION that you speak of? Does the CONSTITUTION DENY BAIL BASED ON ALLEGATIONS? I was appalled at the FACT that on December 15, 2022, a judge asked the police to go get her "EVIDENCE" to be exact, at least 3 to 5 statements, as the arresting officer informed the court that the man had allegedly committed 98 sexual offences. And I sat and listened to the Clerk of Court, as she informed the court that after 5 months of REMAND, the gentleman's file IS EMPTY. NOT EVEN a statement from the officer or a witness! REALLY?! In all fairness to the gentleman, where is the Jamaican CONSTITUTION being exercised? The arresting officer had KEPT the gentleman's cellular phone, which has FUNDAMENTAL EVIDENCE to assist in the gentleman's DEFENSE, for OVER ONE YEAR and to date, JUNE 2022, AFTER being subpoenaed SEVERAL times, the cellular phones are STILL NOT brought before the court WHY? And AFTER ONE YEAR OF, THE SAME JUDGE PRESIDING OVER THE SAME CASE, then announces, in my presence, "I WILL NEVER GRANT YOU BAIL. SO YOU AND YOUR LAWYER CAN GO TO THE HIGHER COURTS. This IS after that same judge refused the gentleman BAIL TWICE based on, as she WROTE to the gentleman's attorney, "based on PARTIAL HEARSAY"! REALLY? I thought it was EVIDENCE, GUIDED BY THE CONSTITUTION that decides BAIL or DENIAL thereof. The gentleman was ACCUSED of one count of "STOLEN PROPERTY", which the COURT ACQUITTED the gentleman of, in December 2023. The STOLEN PROPERTY IS the gentleman's OWN MOTORCYCLE! HOW? Now that the gentleman was ACQUITTED, a family member was instructed by the arresting officer, through his attorney to collect the gentleman's 2 motorcycles, and the arresting officer has BLATANTLY REFUSED to HAND OVER the motorcycles, asking the family member to pay for the motorcycle OUT OF CONTENTION and TOTALLY REFRAINED from HANDING OVER the motorcycle which was WON in court, as it was IN CONTENTION! That is BLATANTLY CONTEMPT OF COURT, but NO ONE has so far addressed that matter. WHY? Because "JUSTICE COSTS?" So, why do we NEED to SELL JUSTICE when there IS A CONSTITUTION IS IN PLACE to BALANCE JUSTICE on citizen's behalf?! The gentleman IS BEING HELD AS A HOSTAGE in his own country. Since in remand the police tried to deny the gentleman water, doctor's visits and medication, and under "Section 13 of the same CONSTITUTION" of which you speak, the police was willing to break the law. Family members got the gentleman to see a dermatologist and was informed that due to the heat in the lock ups his skin has been burnt up. Where is the CONSTITUTION?! The gentleman IS NOT ALLOWED TO BATHE OR USE THE RESTROOM whenever NATURE CALLS! He has to HOLD IT UP UNTIL THE POLICE OFFICERS ON DUTY PLEASES THEMSELVES! THAT IS TORTURE, according to section 13 of the JAMAICAN CONSTITUTION! And you ALL sit there on YOUR DAM HIGH HORSES! I am SO DAM ASHAMED to be called a JAMAICAN right now! THIS IS WICKEDNESS NOT JUSTICE! No wonder the powers that be LIES and say that people are LOST in the system, when it is BEING STRATEGICALLY done! Whenever family members go his visits, they are CONSTANTLY being intimidated WHY? I smell a RAT in this case. Why has the authorities not stepped in to ENSURE that this man's CONSTITUTIONAL and HUMAN RIGHTS be upheld? In conclusion, I realize that the gentleman has being serving time, INNOCENTLY! WHERE IS OUR DAM CONSTITUTION that you ALL sit and speak of?! I respect you gentlemen, however those who maneuver this JUST-ICE system, make me feel like a liar! As we as family and friends of the gentleman, those who work within the justice system, were CAPABLE of handling the case, however as we APPROACH 2 FULL YEARS OF REMAND SHAMEFULLY! I wonder what are we celebrating each year on AUGUST 1 and 6, as it is ALL JUST AN ILLUSION, a FASAD! If the CONSTITUTION and EVIDENCE

PJ needs to sit down & be quiet-he can only speak for the mindless people who vote for party & not on issues. None of these people can speak for the interests of Jamaicans-when the so-called "blackman time" PM was leader of the country for 14 years what did he do about the colonial constitution that was crafted by britian? He didn't have a problem with having his british colonizer remaining as Head of State. He didn't get rid of the colonial era "BEACH CONTROL ACT OF 1956" which have been used by both the PNP & JLP to promte TOURISM APARTHEID & BEACH EXCLUSION IN JA.
