i dont think you need the key when you breach, i think the key is only needed in the raid to get into their airlock. i got breached a ship that blew me up, it was 4x my size, i killed the captain but he didnt have a key on him (probably stashed it or something) but i was still able to hop in the captain seat and take it back with me. i could be wrong, but i definitely couldnt find a key on that ship when i stole it

@Zahdorfi Exactly! I wish I could be as blasé about losing gear, when I play EFT I can feel my heart beating when I have even a modficum of gear, and I quit when I die and lose it all. Kotton would be annoyed for a little while then would brush it off and get back to killing.

You’re looking at a long ways off. The is basically the same state developmentally as Tarkov in 2016.

@idunno yeah, and it’s still in a very early state of development. It’s got a few years till it’s actually stable and hopefully the player base stays. I love the game. However I can acknowledge the flaws in it.

@idunno the cycle has been released but it’s still in development. Tarkov was released in 2016 and is still in development… this was released and guess what…..still in development

@idunno the only thing I want then to fix/add is a reconnect button. The amount of times my or my buddies have been dropped from the game is way to high. Losing everything without anyway to get it back sucks. Dying to someone is fine, that’s just the game. Losing everything well over a dozen times for nothing is not.

That mauser reloading by sliding a mag in the bottom instead of loading ammo through the top with a stripper clip feels cursed.

@@NRH111 To be fair the way Mausers load from the top is one of the coolest things about the gun so not doing it is a missed opportunity.

am i the only one whos confused by the ammo the weapons use? 10mm for the MP40 and the Mauser then 7.62 for the STG and MG42 but the Luger correctly uses 9mm

That was actually something in the game you can do. Lets your character basically "taunt".

I know what this sound´s like but why the hell would them devs make the calibers wrong? 7.62 on Mg42 or 10mm mp40, both are wrong and I dont like this. But still the game looks awesome. might try it out.

How does this feel compared to Tarkov? Like how's framerate, stuttering, rubberbanding, clunkiness, etc? I gave up on Tarkov but this looks interesting.

Likely better since the wide open ship segments can be visually occluded when not flying and the design of the rooms offers lots of opportunities for occlusion zones to not render all the map at once unlike most tarkov maps.

Super fast TTK just like tarkov in the beginning. Obviously needs some tweaking. This is SUPER early in development and really small team making it.

@@SolidBoss7 the ttk is bad because it will randomly fluxuate between 90% of a mag doing nothing or 1 bullet killing someone and you cant say " super early development with small team " this is the second playtest of the game and almost nothing has changed except more areas and a different menu

Unless they add a offline mode this games gonna end just like the cycle frontier sadly
