Special preparation and very clean, every kitchen needs cleanliness ... Respect

After watching so many Korean restaurant and Street food videos, a few thing are extremely clear: they're masters of their craft, they're innovative, and their cleanliness is second to none. It is impossible to find this quality of effort in US restaurants and street food vendors at the same frequency. Kudos to our Korean brothers and sisters. I should also mention that when my father came home from South Korea, he had nothing but the best to say about the South Korean people. He regularly spoke about their friendliness and sense of community. One story comes to mind: he became very lost while touring a major city and a random passerby paid for a taxi (a substantial amount at the time) that brought my father home.

I love how they put so much care into trimming. Look at the marble on the meats. Great video and now I'm hungry 🤤

I can't believe how many equipment this restaurant has 😍 can't even fathom how big the kitchens are. It's like they have a butcher shop, a kimchi factory, cold noodle restaurant, and a general korean cuisine restaurant all in one.

저도 보며 그생각! 정말 위생에 많은 공을 들였구나...작업자(?)분들이 엄청 전문적으로 정교하게 작업하시고 모든 동작들에 군더더기가 없어보이는~

정말 고급스럽고 엄청난 정성이네요ㅎ 생고기만 먹어도 맛있겠다ㅋㅋ

You missed it! Ask an OCD to inspect the video, for one chopping boards on the floor next to a semi full bin and the lady wearing yellow gloves from the ages that’s fading and lost colour which means plastic falling off due to overuse , also during cutting the meat they touch the fridge and other things they only wash to handle the food therefore contaminating everything else. It’s what you don’t see that poisons you not what you see

울동네 제단골집이군요 어제도갔다왔는데ㅎㅎㅎ어제 촬영하는거 봤어요 여기 진짜 맛있고 깔끔함 줄서서먹던곳인데 코로나로 요즘은 널널해서 좋긴한데 손님이 없어도 맛이나 서비스가 그대로인게 사장님의 마인드가 대단하신듯 어서 코로나끝나고 대박나시길~~~^^ 담주또가야지 ㅎㅎ

My Favorite Dish in Korean I could eat this Food 3x a day for one week. The Beef its melts in your mouth the combination of pear fruit as substitute for meat tenderizer. Instead of msg sugar to make the blend so right. Korean Soy sauce os the very keept secret ingredients, Best Korean Dish aside from Kimchi.
