I might be off base here, but if I'm happy with the first one and 24 more to go I think I might be inclined to throw the tape measure away and start nailing jigs down with production in mind.
When I make several items like this, I usually quick make a jig table for fast assembly 😎👍 great video btw

I work with wood also. I enjoy just seeing ideas out there. What Aerospace company do you work at. I was in painting exterior aircraft for 18 years. Had to get out of it. It is a young man job. It beets you up. Good idea to getting out of it. Best luck for you. Keep woodworking. You mentioned about the RV. Are you repairing the wood in them. Take it easy.

Cool, is that considered NDT ? I have a level III in mag and pen. I was the GM and partner for a large aerospace plating facility.
