That elbow cue is so beautifully simple I can't believe I haven't heard it from any of the English speaking powerlifters. Same with his distinguish between personal technique, like grip width VS things you should never do, like raise your head and look at your toes. Fascinating because I think it's something everyone who started in bench shirts does
