Awesome!
animal whey isnt in the budget
That's alot of food, and healthy food for little money. Too bad in Norway you're looking at about double the price for one week, but then again our earnings are also higher comparably to other countries. This really opened my eyes for budgeting what I spend on food, previously I just bought what I felt like buying and didn't consider planning for the whole month
I like this guy very down to earth!
Pete has come a long way ! I remember when he used to eat a pound of ground beef with instant mashed potato like a budget cottage pie two to three times a day!
Hell yeah. This is a dope ass diet for 50$ Since Pete Rubish was able to make a Big on a Budget video I hope that Dan Green will make one too!
love the pete videos man keep it up ... but id also wanna know wht kind of soap he uses in those magnificient washer and dryer he had
I'm definitely gonna try that chipotle bowl out! Looks nice
"If thats not enough your rice is your wildcard" lol
Yes!
Many thx
Pete is The Man !!
This one was soliddddd. Rubish is my dawg lol.
black logo on yellow is just the best design ever.
Could go even cheaper buying dried beans. You get ~12 servings for what one of those cans cost.. Could have used the leftover for some spinach or broccoli. Can also do cabbage over romaine. It's usually a little cheaper per pound.
Rewatching this in 2024 in Canada with our grocery prices now….
great video, Ill try using beans and rice as well:)
Lul .... the chicken alone would kill the budget here in Austria. 11,5 lbs = ~5kg x 12€ = 60€ or 63$
Finally!!
Pete is a fucking boss

If fruits, greens legumes etc are cheaper you can always look up some vegan/vegetarian protein alternatives. No harm.

Amazing
Once I heard chipotle bowls he had my attention
haha at the end he said you can add the juice in
You have to take into consider that he's 240+ pounds as well The typical person that's 160-200 pounds can get enough chicken,rice,beef,potatoes,eggs,bread or oatmeal, fruit and vegetables for $50 or less a week depending on where you are in the world.
What the hell do they do with the food after they prepare it lol. I've always wondered after watching these videos lol
Can you do a video on neck exercises?

Come and shop in Canada ( Toronto)with that $50. You will be surprised
This goes without saying, but Pete is not a licensed Dietitian, he' just strong and juicy AF
After watching all of Evan Centopani's videos I know that this is a shitty way to eat.. digestive health not even once.
salsa is veggie group. lol
Where the oreos at tho bro
Buying uncooked beans is MUCH cheaper than buying them in cans.
So what are the macros per day when using this diet (not including the whey supplements)?
@evank9515
7 жыл бұрын
Michael East 30/40/30 ratio is pretty standard and it depends how many calories you are looking to get it
@Eastmaniac
7 жыл бұрын
Evan Kaye I'm asking how many of each can he get from the groceries he bought when not adding the supplements.
@evank9515
7 жыл бұрын
Michael East either add up the food or figure out how many calories and use the ratio.
@Eastmaniac
7 жыл бұрын
Evan Kaye considering he didn't weigh out everything and just eye balled it. Can't do that. No idea how much chicken he used or how much protein he used. Obviously I know how to count calories and macros. I actually weigh my food. This was more curiosity because I don't buy some of the things he bought. If it was that easy, you would have done the math yourself. As you can see, neither of us give enough of a fuck to actually do that. Which is why I asked the question.
Pete! get a big can of oats and some bananas for Christ's sake!
yung necc
Freaking delicious
This isn’t $50 for a week it’s like $50 for a day 😂😂
Old man telling one of the strongest people in the world what he should eat lol
