What I understood from government perspective is that, oka product lo defect unte manam velli loss in claim cheyochu but cinema baga lekunte, mana dabbulaki cinema worth ledhanipisthe appudu evari daggariki vellali? So govt optimum rate fix chesthundi which is fair... Comment chyandi..
