one lure that would work in the edges is the rapala haku rock and roach. great film and a new subscriber

Great video, thanks! Recently moved to the UK and starting my fishing journey here. Could you share some locations (canals, rivers) that worth a try for lure fishing? Also, saw that here you are not using steel leaders for pike fishing, any particular reason why?

Great vid as usual! Very very nice seeing a young female target species, the ones i know that do fish, just fish for everything with like a spinner or small spoon. As i am an single species pike fisher, it warms my 35 yrs very old heart alot! Keep them videos up and see if others are interested in filming like DB did with snagged bro? Could gain you alot more followers. I hope in a not that far away film you could come here to Sweden, Blekinge archipelago which is famous for its pike and the telling that you wont get anything if you go out without motoroil rubbers ;) Great produktion as slways 12 out of 10 in ny book!!

Crazy hit from that fat one. Your casting is as ever perfect but maybe vary your retrieve both on pace and on action. I'd also set the net up on arriving at the swim. Those lures look great. Thanks for video, I really enjoyed it

off out this sunday to try bag a decent pike, been struggling for them just nailing decent perch atm usually the other way around. also the pike belly squeeze got me laughing lmao

Nice Plke you have caugth! Great pike attacks you have caugth on film! How many grams of weight do you use with this softbait? Can you also fish this soft bait without weight? Greetings from the Netherlands

i usually use bigger lures but it depends really. there’s definitely some big girls in there you just have to keep trying!!

I always remove all strings from my hoodies. I have stupid friends always trieing to string me up so I beat them to it 😂

Very random question. I'm originally from England but now live in Australia. I only first got into fishing over here, but we are planning to move back in the next couple years. So I decided to watch a few UK fishing videos to see what the differences are, and I noticed a lot more people seem to have reels that wind on the left hand, whereas here it's more common in the right. Do you know if there's any particular reason for it or is it actually not true and it's pure coincidence that the channels I've seen are on the left?

Should say pure coincidence bcause you can choose side on low profile reels... might be more fishimg with smbassadeurs produced 300m from where i live and they have been right hand for almost all years and still are right only on some models, but many are both.

pretty much everyone here seems to have left hand wind reels, not sure why it is. they’re super common here. i never see anyone using right hand reel!

@@vxnefishing463 Interesting, quite strange, I wonder why that is. Are right hand reels available but maybe just not common? I've got used to the right hand ones over here, so if they're not so easy to come by I might stock up before we move back and bring a load with me 😛

Use a wire trace. Sick and tired of seeing youtubers using FC leaders and also finding pike with lures attached to them where bitten off. You'd get banned on a lot of waters I fish for pike and for good reason. Also, those hooks are way too big on that lure, two size one or one size 2/0 is sufficient. Thanks for your understanding.

It’s open for debate which leader anglers prefer but i tend to use fluro. It’s way too thick for a pike to be able to bite through, had more issues with wire traces. They don’t kink too which is another plus. As for the hooks, i’ve never had an issue and tend to size up when i’m using extra big lures. Thank you for your concern however.
