nice quad, I have a big gun and I think opened up its almost too loud.. you can hear the thing from a mile away with the quiet core in it. defiantly not for hunting!

How did you get sponsors for you 4x4

Just got a 2015 570 and one of the first things I noticed was how hot it is around the tank. Some people talk about the gas boiling when the tank gets low. Since you have wrapped your exhaust how much of a difference does it make? Just curious before I spend the time and money to wrap it.

Wrapped my exhaust and put heat tape underneath gas tank. Huge heat difference.

Joseph Hatina I had to tune it, I would recommend the Power Commander 5 with Auto Tune from Dynojet

I just bought this bike last week. Can't use it until the spring though. What are the "heat issues" you referring to??

Some people complain about the bike running hot. It never bothered me, but it does run cooler with the heat wrap.

I don't think it ever quieted up, but never had any issue with it. No EBS on those 570s was unfortunate.

Great Build! Just wondering why you went with the 570 instead of a Scrambler 1000?

Power Commander isn't really plug and play you'll need it professionally tuned if you don't know what you're doing. It's essential on these 570s. The shifter was custom from a metal shop.

So did you get it tuned? Wondering what power gains you got.

Fly handlebars, can't remember the exact info on em, should be 7/8s bars w/ 2" risers. Most dirt bike stores have them.

Are u guys looking for any more partners? I have a 2006 wolverine 40 and a 2004 rhino 660 and I'm just stating a build on it completely stock now

It means that the engine revved up isn't allowing enough fuel onto it if it where running ritch it means to much fuel is getting in

I got a 15 sportsman 570 SP I'm going to buy the full exhaust system for round $500 Do u notice much power gain? That's what I'm really after. I also love the sound Nice bike man!

Does anyone have a 570 that has a CLACKING sound between acceleration and decelleration? Its very frustrating. It doesn't sound good. Seems to be getting worse. Didn't do this when I bought it in feb 2016. Polaris says it's normal. And when I use the foot brake, it's even far worse!!!!!!! When using foot brake on (specially on loose grass/snow, it will do several clacking noise until i stop the machine. I have 180 miles on it now. Used lightly. it's a 2015 model that I purchased out of the create in feb 2016. 40 hours on it today.

Bryan Oates yes. My 2016 Touring 570 did it and my friends 2016 570 does it bigtime. I just got a 2017 Touring 1000 and i haven't noticed it. And yes, it's annoying as all hell

Polaris just put out a service Bulletin on the right side heat issue. Call your dealer

Put a lift and some tires and portals you got a a nice bik
