Big GOBBLER Was CLOSE! (Limited Out) | Turkey Hunting 2024

Спорт

Matt is out for another solo turkey hunt. It isn't long before the roost starts talking and gobbles echo throughout the woods. It took a little longer for the turkeys to show up but once they did, they put on a show. A nice tom turkey came in and beat up Matt's jake decoy at five yards. It was a great turkey hunt and a great way to end turkey season!

As usual but also so much more at the beginning and all the way: what a sound track with all the spring songbirds doing their audition for the show! "Histoires Naturelles" had been the unic fishing/hunting TV show in the 80/90 (guess my age?!?!) in France and that reminds me of the progress made to be able to manage All the new equipment available now and the quality achieved compared to All the heavy ones at these times. I am happy about the change and to compare to the video on the same kind of hunting they had been able to make. Gorgeous trophy birds all over you and now limited out, you can now guide for sure some of your family or friends who are not, just for the continuation of the season?!! Congratulations and thanks for sharing this exciting experience. I really enjoyed and appreciated All the footage of this segment hunt in your wonderful nature State. Saint Hubert Bless you all and God too of course....

@@HighPrairieSportsmen Tell me, because I am seriously interested in the way you would cook basically dry meat. My first instinct would be to marinate this meat in wine, beef stock and herbs for 24 hours and then slow cook it for 8 hours at 175 degrees in plenty butter with onions, garlic cloves and herbs. But you have the experience - so, if you have the time, please! Thanks, Hans (a fellow hunter and cook).
