same I think deep down he is open and said take it slow so he didnt shut her down even the bad manners and weird comments. I guess he could always tell her. There’s a mechanism in us that does not allow us to be attracted to everyone. If we were, we would be screwing everybody. Never take offense to somebody who doesn’t find you attractive. Consider it a blessing that you find out early on, and you can move on. I do like the banter between these two they were very cute in that way.

Awkward alternative big girl here who literally looked like her on this date a few years back. When you're a big lass, sometimes you get friend zoned more often than regular girls and you tend to fit in best "with the boys" - so you pick up habits that make you more "brutish/butch/masculine". She relies heavily on humour to attract mates because it's how she attracts male friends and they're her best friends. Unrealistic. I know many unattractive people who tried that and it did not succeed. They are still single. Looks play a huge role even if people don't want to admit it. Even if someone has a positive self image altough not attractive that does not mean the people whom s/he likes will also like him/her back. At best s/he would have to settle and end up with people s/he does not really like. That is life.

Those who are unrealistic, expecting a specific kind of person, are likely to be disappointed. With this woman, I think she just wants someone who cares and has put appearance as a non-factor because she is aware of her situation. If she could continue being realistic, drop certain bad habits and add a bit more positivity, she could find someone. She already knows not to expect Prince Charming, whereas some people in her situation remain in denial.

Living with a daughter who has severe misophonia makes me extra-aware of grotty eaters! And she is a grotty eater!! How she holds her cuttlery is really unfortunate too!

With the right outfit she could've made herself look alot slimmer. The blue hair is what you would expect from a teenager. She seemed more focused on poo rather than her career and life. This was so awkward, she acts like an adult baby 😣 even the way she was holding her knife and fork was childish, if she thinks her weight is the issue she is sorely mistaken lol

I don’t care what you look like if you have bad table manners and eat with your mouth open it’s a no. It’s a huge turn off. Luckily I’ve been married a long time and he has good table manners

I think she thinks she's way more glamorous than she actually is. It definitely comes off all so odd. The table manners were atrocious and she just was not acting... Attractive. The cringe is so loud
