This looks great! I think they need to tone down the movement on the trees and bushes a bit and maybe find a way for them to move in a more natural way. That was pretty much the only thing taking away from the incredible realism of the scene.

Thank you for your feedback. You have countless possibilities to control the wind via the 'Global Foliage Actor'. So you can simply set the wind strength lower :-) Also, you can additionally adjust the wind individually for each plant / tree. This will be explained in more detail in the upcoming tutorial. I've seen a few demos similar to this emerge recently that are stunningly good, but this absolutely takes the cake. The tree trunks are the only things a bit weird since they're not photoscanned (changing bark textures is nice though), but the medium shrub sized vegetation is just jaw dropping and something that has really been lacking from most packs. It's perfect for me and I really wish I could buy this but I can't afford $399 for it. I think most people (anyone non-commercial) would be much more likely to buy it at about half this price (competitive with similar packs). I'm not saying it's not worth $399 but I think most average people don't have that kinda money to spend on 3d assets.

I hope i will still be capable of gaming when an MMORPG first/third person comes out with a graphic like this!! (27 now) imagine exploring the world, deserts, dark forest mistic areas with this realistic graphic... its fantastic!

Have you considered releasing an executable of this map? I would gladly pay for that but to pay for all the assets if I am not going to do anything with them is a bit expensive If I just wish to experience this as a walking simulator.

Wow man, this looks absolutely amazing, my compliments! In the last 7 years I have been creating plant textures using my own photographs, just as a hobby, I hope I can also create some UE assets from them in the future. Did you create all these textures yourself?

Nice. How long did the animations take to render with path tracer? We’re you using the new multiple GPU rendering for path tracer?

I assume you are not talking about the video shown here, but the path tracing video: kzread.info/dash/bejne/qpWFzNiGcZWyiJs.html With a RTX 3090 each frame took about 5-6 minutes. With a total of 2000 frames you can now calculate that it took a lot of time...

Probably the best looking forest pack on the marketplace. I can't afford the price of this "even tho it's definitely deserved and worth it" but yes great job.

Too expensive
