How do you prevent rust once finished cleaning?

Hello, There are several options, depending on the next step of your rebuilding process. If you would storage this part than rinsing followed by oil dewatering bath is good solution. The water is removed by oil and the part is protected by oil. In case that you continue immediately with the rebuild than you should follow with rinsing, passivation bath and drying. Is the black left behind residual paint? Also, from your description, I'm assuming that this is done with plain water- you didn't add detergent at all to get these results? Great vid!

Hello, The Ultrasonic cleaning process is done in the bath with 95% water and 5% with detergent. During the cleaning we can remove carbon dust, rust and rest of paint. For more info please write us on info@ultratecno.es

High-frequency ultrasounds are not very powerful for cleaning purposes. Higher frequencies are used in medicine for diagnostic, observing images of the interior of the body.
