This was the Mega Anthem of the summer of ‘83 in Chicago where I was throwing down at some of the biggest clubs and I would literally run down from the DJ booth and storm the dance floor each and every time with this track, which had it’s own special dance that had me leaping at least 10 feet high. The only two tracks at the time that could logically follow and match its energy was the dance mix of U2‘s 'Two Hearts Beat As One' or Echo in the Bunnymen’s 'Never Stop.'

Exhilarating, mesmerizing and infinitely uplifting, this is the type of song you would want to charge into battle accompanied with. Amazing, as its nearly supernatural effect upon me cannot be adequately described, only felt, ever so keenly, ever so viscerally, ever so beautifully. And if the fight is right and noble, all while surrounded by thousands of Scottish, Irish and Gurkha soldiers, what force on Earth could withstand this furious and hyper-determined onslaught launched against it with this spellbinding tune being played, ubiquitously and from all angles, while said soldiers charge fearlessly into combat? Love it!!
