Staggering how Nick's behaviour in series one brought the UK to a standstill, and how if you compare that to the most recent seasons and behaviours. Demonising Nick just shows how far we've come, and how ridiculous we can be.

This was fantastic. I’m sure there was a huge amount of work to pull all this footage together but it’s very much appreciated - this was a real nostalgia trip. A brilliant watch and fantastic retrospective! Hilarious storytelling too with all your inputs. I was initially 🤨 with the duration but thoroughly enjoyed every second and didn't even realise it fly by! Eagerly looking forward to part two - reliving my teen years with this blast from the past, haha

The only negative impact that Big Brother UK had on the country's society is that strategy was shunned down and demonized, of course I like the way Big Brother UK interacts with the public, but it managed to ruin Survivor UK which had a decent first edition and got a cult following recently for its interesting gameplay (more dynamic than Survivor Borneo), but failed against Big Brother UK

As huge fan of Big Brother UK, this is one of the best documentaries I've seen about it. Cant wait to see part 2. Any updates on that?

Fantastic video! Brilliantly done. Just one thing though - at 20.17 - It was actually Darren who discovered the paper with the names on it - as you can see in the video. Craig actually said 'I dont agree with this' as Darren was doing it. Craig definitely is the one who started the takedown of Nick and rumbled him once Tom told him about what Nick had been saying but it was Darren who had the nerve to find the 'evidence' lol

BB 6 and 5 are definitely the most entertaining big brother series ever... BB7 was overrated imo it started off great but got so dull midway till the end, idk how people don't remember that.

When is part 2 please? I just got Hella stoned and watched part 1 and I'm just left here hanging. Very rude

Teen Big Brother was made as what was originally part of the educational programming that Channel 4 used to show in the mornings. Hence why alot of its format outside the age of the housemates was different (no live voting, and tasks being more team building and somewhat educational maybe.) My memory's fuzzy, but it gained attention when it was leaked that two of them did it. Maybe that had something to do with it's intial release maybe they would have done it anyway. Definitely remember it getting edited and toned down repeats in that educational programming block as intended later on.

Amazing job and you have a great eye for BB - with the clip of the stolen 50k of series 5 you was missing I have the full recorded episode aswell as the whole series - also have most series + the BB UK side shows saved on my server if you want ever need some episodes you can’t find footage of I will send you whatever I have :) I also can’t wait for Part 2!

I'm now now 30.... haha but its a fantastic concept - great show, contestants and hosts -Been to the studios a few times over the channel 5 rain and the atmosphere to be in the audience feels exactly as it looks on TV and the production crew had always made me welcome :) I got to meet Emma, but never got to meet Davina :c New hosts this year really are fab, Would love to party with AJ and go home with Wills... maybe worth a visit to the new studio one of the Late and Live nights again :) even being in the eye thing where Emma did the interviews was so much fun to be part of! I have the whole Celebrity Big Brother 7 and the side shows for it on my server, I can transfer you any copies of anything I have, where do I find your email and I can get anything you need sent over! Also Don't forget a mention about Dead Set - as you ended part 1 around where a few years later Dead Set was made which is pretty awesome for any BB fan (I have a copy of that mini series too)("OMG is that Davina!") has never left my head haha! @@geezenation

E4 did show the American version after Big Brother ended for the year once or twice too. Nicki would go on the Canadian version years later and pretty much act the way she did the first time. Watching some clips after she passed... Not sure what to say really. An early housemate evicted from series 4 went on the Australian version soon after and faired better and acted completely different if the press was anything to go by. Think Nadia did as well years later too. And yeah Cameron went to South Africa while on the show.

The situation with Nikki Grahame leaving was a when they put I think 12 or 11 members up for eviction there is a possibility of getting a false positive which is what they got when she left because it is very rare when members lead (with the exception of the finals ) people going nut applauding and cheering the member 1:18:30

Slight correction: BB3 wasn’t the first series where Davina introduced her “Please do not swear” catchphrase. She used it during the surprise eviction on Day 63 in Series 2.

@@geezenation And I love that Jordan is the anti-thesis of a reality show personality. He's reserved, hated attention, but his one-liners, dry wit, and (of course) his "platonic" relationship with Henry are what really won the viewers over. You can't get someone like that on any other reality programme! Definitely an upper tier housemate in the Big Brother Pantheon.

Thanks very much :) ah yeah, i think I was gonna talk about it but I cut it for time, but yeah good point i should of included that, i'll get into the big racism controversy though in CBB5 and might quickly reflect on it there :)

I believe when Nikki was voted out the production people had nominated a total of 11 people as a result of putting so many people up I believe they got a false positive as evident by Nikki Grahame getting resoundingly cheered as she left (almost all housemates who get voted off before the finals get booed ) this was Episode 58 then on Episode 83 she and 8 other people were voted on by the audience 4 former housemates got to go back in and she was one of those 4. I'm not sure why the audience was angry at Big Brother because she went in because of this so was evidently very popular when voted out (false positive vote) and it was the audience that voted to vote for her and 3 other people to go into the adjacent house .
