Last week we caught up with buzzing Memphis rapper Big Boogie for an exclusive “Off The Porch” interview! During our sit down he talked about life in Memphis, growing up in Louisiana, jumping off the porch, wanting to be a drum major, how his father passing away effected him, where his pain comes from, growing up listening to Boosie & Lil Wayne, being surprised by how many fans he has, explains how his deal with CMG came about, his new EP ‘Final Nightmare’, his single “Mental Healing” blowing up, wanting to be a therapist after rap, his live performance music video for “Mental Healing” while holding his daughter, his buzzing song & video “In Session”, his R4L chain, having Yo Gotti on his team, fatherhood, and much more!

Some of y'all mad about his Louisiana and Memphis comment. He wasn't dogging Memphis at all. He said he was born there, Memphis raised him. He basically said both places his home ( but not in so many words ). He may have got famous while living in Memphis ( true ) but why ignore the place he was born.
