Wearing heels may cause some back or leg pain, but does no harm to the baby (just make sure you're not falling and tripping over anything). If you are very well trained with heels(which Deepika is) then you can wear then. The only thing matters is your comfort. If you feel unsteady at all or if your feet swell then wear a lower heel or flats. And if you wear heels during the first few weeks of your pregnancy it's totally fine. Even ALIA BHATT wore heels during pregnancy and today both mumma and beti are safe and happy. I don't know why people are making it such a big fuss of it. Depika is the mommy to be and of course she cares for her coming baby(and herself too) more than you guys who are just advising her not to wear heels.
