Hi, I was just wondering if you could more info on the role play exercise. I ve never done one. What does it entail, and how do you have to act in it?

Hey, it’s a small section and they don’t always do it so no need to stress ☺️ It’s usually where the present you a scenario with one of the interviewers as a difficult colleague or client and they want to observe how you’d deal with it to resolve the conflict. I’d recommend just being yourself, remaining calm, try not to laugh and act as if you genuinely are in that situation. Before the ‘scene’ starts, I think it’s good to think of some key things you’d like to say, but to be honest the interviewer could say anything so be prepared to improvise 😁
