A week at Camp David, sleeping in til 11 and napping in the afternoon with obviously very little debate prep tells me ole Joe had plenty of down time to account for any jet lag a week earlier. And Maryland, where Camp David is, and Atlanta GA are in the same m e time zone, so he was in the same time zone for at least a week. If you need more than a week to recover from jet lag, you're not physically capable. It doesn't seem to bother the other candidate(s).

@@RanleighWylde I've never flown but I did do the Amtrak coast to coast trip, from Chicago to Oakland CA. All 4 time zones, twice, with only 36 hours in between. I planned a 2 day stop in San Francisco (this was before it was 100% dumpster fire, large parts of it were still nice), but we broke down crossing the Rockies and sat for 12 hours while they got a new engine and crew out from Denver. I was a fully functioning zombie for about 4 days when I got home. Biden only wishes he was that capable.

I don’t understand how some of these numbers are so low. I know I questioned some morals of people but now I KNOW they have none.

Because they (the media and dems) got caught. The media is now trying to save face to some degree by acknowledging what as you say everyone could clearly see before. WH is still in total denial/lying about the situation. Dems in general are waiting on the power brokers to instruct them how to act but in the interim putting up a false support front. The entire quagmire speaks poorly of how our American liberal media and the Democratic party has become totally dishonest with the American people.

Exactly!!! We’ve seen this for YEARS. This convinces me that this is planned (not by Joey, of course). -- everyone on the left, let’s play like we’re all seeing this for the first time and then repeat all the same phrases to the public. Have the dems really not been able to see this over the last 3 years?????

If we reverse the situation and if it's Trump, would they still say it's jet lag?

flew across 12 time zones....IN AIR FORCE ONE! Beds, couches, dinner tables...and weeks ago. Then a week at Camp David...if only we had a job like this.

Joe Biden did not have a teleprompter at the debate; in North Carolina he read from a teleprompter.

I can't wait to watch his interview with George Stephanopoulos tomorrow, with no teleprompter. I'm sure he'll have notes tho. Will he read them word for word? And will George protect him with softball questions or will he act like a REAL journalist?

There was a cold the night of the debate, and then there were no signs of a cold the next day at a campaign stop, but there were signs of being on uppers...

No, there were signs of it being daytime and him reading a speech someone wrote, as opposed to thinking on his feet.

@@ChangingTides777to be fair Biden missed his afternoon adrenaline and ketamine cocktail injection. This greatly hindered his performance, he would eat Trump up if he had him his magic juice!
