Biden delivers speech at ice-cream social in Harrisburg with Sen. John Fetterman, others
President Biden made several points throughout his speech in Harrisburg Sunday.

He began his speech by focusing on redirecting Donald Trump's current plan to introduce tax cuts for the wealthy, saying instead that five trillion-dollar promise will go towards elderly and child care.
A lot of attention was also aimed towards the benefit of the working class, President Biden stated, "when unions do well, the entire economy and everybody who is non-union does better." He then explained the importance of making child care affordable for everyone so parents can go to work, defending what critics usually referred to as a 'waste of money'.
