commercial, aerospace and automotive sectors. The policy of the Company is as detailed below.
The quality of a product / process may be regarded as the overall ability of that product / process to satisfy
the requirements of the customer.
The policy of West End Precision Limited is to achieve that quality whilst ensuring minimum impact on the
environment; complying with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements; ensuring the prevention
of pollution and through safe working practices.
This will be achieved by utilising a management system that integrates the related functions of all
departments and implementing that system as outlined in our Integrated Management System Manual.
Quality to West End Precision Limited means not only meeting our customer requirements with regard to
the product / services provided, but where possible exceeding those requirements.
The Company is committed to continual improvement with regard to the products and services provided,
this commitment also extends to continually improving the effectiveness of the integrated management
system thus ensuring that West End Precision Limited strives to achieve optimum quality, reliability, service
and efficiency, in a manner which will have minimal environmental impact.
To ensure continuity of products and services to the required standards, the Company have developed,
documented and implemented an integrated management system that conforms to the requirements of BS
EN ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and BS EN ISO 14001, and any applicable customer requirements.
