Looks great just discovered this, im building a foamy slide in truck camper using pmf look forward to see more of your build. And the slide out.

I like this material with poormans fiberglass.

Are you going to go over 150lbs (around 70kg) dry? I ask because I've been thinking of doing one with a pop out that is 3 feet wide by 3.5 feet long by 3 feet tall so a twin sized bed can pop out and the other 4-5 feet can be used for a kitchen and sitting area.

This is my prototype. Yes it be bit heavy. Trailer will its own breaks and the bike will have electric assistance. Lighter frame would save weight. This is my more deluxe version 2. Will have a place to cook and storage. My next project will be version 1 with a pvc frame.

First impressions at see this as i was scrolling down. Looks too heavy. Looks like it would flip easy. If one side goes off the road or trail riding it on un even bummpy trail. Once getting to destination looks awesome for laying in.. just i bet it would be hard to reflip it if flipped over.. i knoe it needs to be narrow,and high for clearing obsicles.. nice....

Yes It is for a ebike to pull. It will have brakes. It can fit thru a gate and can be for company or fit in a garage. The axle can be switched to pull with atv or motorcycle. Version 1 which I will build next will have a aluminum or pvc frame. Things to come.

That thing is huge. How are you gonna bike that up a hill?

1/16" or even 1/32" plywood should be sufficient for cabinets. 1/8" lite ply for the floor. Aluminum brackets for those wheels. With that much weight you will need trailer brakes. I would be building with dowels not 2x2. Chuck a flexible solar panel on top as the roofing. An outer covering of thin bubble wrap with a space blanket to reflect heat.
